January 2021: Following the latest Tier restrictions, in accordance with all government guidelines and restrictions we are now performing the following services, depending up the following Tiers.

The DfE are very keen for education to continue in all its forms as they do not wish children or students to regress and lose even more teaching time. As from 2nd December 2020 face-to-face, in person tuition and assessments were permitted to resume in Tiers 1 to 3 provided that risks are mitigated to reduce the risks associated. Therefore, Dyslexia Tree will ensure that tutors and assessors follow the current guidelines which include:

• Appropriate PPE will be worn by assessors and tutors.

• Parents or guardians will be asked to give their consent for the tuition/assessment to take place.

• Assessments and tuition will take place in a well-ventilated room and it is advised that pupils bring a coat to stay warm during the session.

• Appropriate social distancing will be maintained.

• Appropriate sanitising facilities will be made available.

• Pupils will be asked to bring their own materials.

Please note, Dyslexia Tree is located in Lincolnshire. Clients located in and travelling from other Tiers must follow the guidelines set in their local Tier. Please do not travel to Dyslexia Tree if your Tier is in a different level than the one where Dyslexia Tree is located.
